What changes do you want to see in your classes next semester?
I am hoping to see more content taught next semester and more guidance with the work. I understand they have large class sizes, however I believe it is crucial that we are guided towards our path to success.
What advice do you have for other students for doing well 2nd semester?
Constantly check your grades, and be on top of your work even if it’s late. A 50% is better than a zero, so don’t give up. Really, just talk to your teachers; they’re interesting!
What's YOUR goal for the semester?
To learn more. To constantly learn, challenge myself, and not be too stressed out. To challenge myself by going above and beyond, and of course, keeping my grades up. Time management!

What changes do you want to see in HTHNC this semester?
Personally I would love to see more music, I know people bring guitars and other instruments but I would love to see small concerts or gatherings of musicians.
What advice do you have for other students for doing well 2nd semester?
If I were to give advice I would probably say something along the lines of, take as many notes as you can. You’re probably thinking “But, I already take notes?” Well, are they good notes? Are they detailed? Are they legible?
What's YOUR goal for the semester?
My main goal for second semester is keep a stable grade in all classes (math? Well…Lets not go there) I have all A’s right now and I’m doing my best to keep them.

What changes do you want to see in HTHNC this semester?
I hope to see the school more connected throughout the grades. So far this year we have not had as many school wide events or ways for all grades to connect as much as we have in the past. Other schools have a football team or such things that everyone can rally around and it is harder for our school to have aspects like this but it would be nice to find more, that all students would enjoy.
What advice do you have for other students for doing well 2nd semester?
To not let the nearing end of the year get to them, to keep up their grades, and do work they will be proud. Also to try and remain positive in class, events, etc. even if you are in the mindset where you can't wait for break/summer everything will go fast and be more pleasant if you try to be positive and enjoy what you are doing.
What's YOUR goal for the semester?
To do the best I can in my classes and get an internship that I enjoy/look forward to.

What changes do you want to see in HTHNC this semester?
I know that they’ve been working on improving the math programs, and they’re headed in the right direction, but I feel like there’s still room for growth in that area. I know that our school is project based, which makes math particularly difficult to incorporate into our curriculum, but it is very important and should be treated as such.
What advice do you have for other students for doing well 2nd semester?
Stay organized. Organization is very important because it’s way easier to practice good study habits when you know where all your assignments are. Practice self motivation because challenging yourself is the only way to grow as a student. Learn the importance of teamwork because your ideas are important and worth sharing.
What's YOUR goal for the semester?
My goal is to prepare myself for college by challenging myself and learning basic study habits that will help me keep up with a more challenging curriculum in a new environment.
